Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (flight departure time, drive minutes, airport code or size, international flag, bag counts, expedited-security flag, traffic, party size, buffer minutes, passengers, oversize items, child seats, distance, ride type, peak flag, fare quotes with provider names, fees and policies, tip percent, name, pickup date and time, airport, vehicle, flight number, phone, notes, reminder leads) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to ride companies or drivers. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names, phone numbers and flight numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
